As your therapist I will bring the wisdom from my own life experiences of change and healing along with knowledge from educational training and work experience.

Psychotherapy

Sunspring Counselling specializes in working with children, youth, adults, and families to build healthy relationships and minds, and work through areas of personal difficulty by addressing root causes of symptoms and limiting beliefs.

Sunspring Counselling strives to meet your unique needs through use of an integrated approach to therapy that is relational, and takes the mind and body into account. The therapy process is guided by an attachment and trauma framework.
